Pak to share Mumbai carnage report with IndiaFebruary 3rd, 2009 - 12:20 pm ICT by ANI
Islamabad, Feb 3 (ANI): Pakistans investigation into the Mumbai terror attacks is in the final stages and the findings will be shared with India and the world this week, diplomatic sources have said.
Top jurists of the country are currently analysing the report prepared by security and intelligence experts on the basis of the information provided by India, they said.
Pakistan had also asked its High Commissioner to India Shahid Malik to return and help in finalising the report; the Daily Times quoted diplomatic sources, as saying.
Shahid Malik would meet Interior Adviser Rehman Malik and Law Minister Farooq Naik on Tuesday to discuss Indias response to questions Pakistan had asked about the dossier, a Foreign Office source said.
Information acquired by Pakistan would be given to Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan Satyabrata Pal and Pakistan is likely to share the findings of its probe into the attacks over the next few days, the source added. (ANI)
