Peshawar, Nov 26 (ANI): The Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has warned people in the Swat regionnot to purchase any property belonging to Awami National Party (ANP) parliamentarians and leaders, as it was determined to settle scores with the party.
Talking to The News over phone from an undisclosed location, TTP spokesman Salman Ahrabi said Taliban militants would take revenge against the ANP, members of Quami Lashkars and others who opposed them.
He said the ANP leaders and parliamentarians were selling their properties in Swat, but people should not buy it to avoid problems in future.
Ahrabi also alleged that the military was killing the Taliban militants already in its custody, and was then wrongly claiming that they were killed in search operations and encounters.
“One of our commanders managed to escape from the captivity of the security forces and his video will be released soon,” the TTP spokesman added. (ANI)
