Rawalpindi, Feb.17 (ANI): The sympathy wave for the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) following Benazir Bhutto’s assassination has pulled huge crowds around stalls selling Benazir’s posters, calendars and cassettes of her speeches.

Benazir’s posters are selling like hot cakes in bazars along the Murree Road, Haider Road, Raja Bazaar, Urdu Bazaar and other areas of the city, reports the Daily Times.

Posters of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Nawaz Sharif have also been put up by vendors, but the demand for Benazir’s posters is much higher.

The price range of these posters ranges from Rs.30 to Rs.100, and at least 80 to 90 posters are being purchased daily.

Women, it seems, are more interested in buying Benazir’s posters. (ANI)
