MQM warns against Talibanisation of Karachi

Lahore , July 4 (ANI): The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has warned the federal government of a possible conspiracy to Talibanise people in Karachi , and demanded the government to take action against extremist elements throughout the city.
Quoting a TV report, the Daily Times reported that a meeting of the MQMs co-ordination committee held in London said that the extremist elements were entering the metropolis and spreading Talibanisation under the supervision of the establishment and its agencies.
The committee members observed that these extremist elements were involved in looting, forcibly occupying land and wall-chalking, it said.
They expressed their partys resolve to stop these extremists from disturbing peace in Karachi , added the paper. (ANI)
