Islamabad, Dec. 18 (ANI) : Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Information Secretary and National Assembly Standing Committee on Finance Chairwoman, Fauzia Wahab had to chew her words after MNA Shahid Khaqan Abbassi sought an apology from her for referring to him as “badshah salamat” (your majesty).

“Are you in your senses. I am a member of the House,” Abbassi said while expressing anger over Wahab’s remarks.

Wahab had addressed MNA Kashmala Tariq similary calling her as “malika mohtarma” (respected queen).

Tariq, however, took the ‘nickname’ given to her by the Chairwoman in good humour and replied only with a polite smile at Wahab. (ANI)
