Four killed in Pakistan bomb attack
July 21st, 2011 - 2:42 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, July 21 (IANS) Four people were killed and seven others were injured Thursday in a bomb attack in southwest Pakistan, Xinhua reported.
The fatalities occurred when the blast hit a vehicle of an oil and gas company in Jafarabad city of Balochistan province around 11.30 a.m., the Urdu Geo TV channel said.
The bomb was planted on a motorcycle parked on a roadside, and was activated through a remote control device. Five of the seven injured are in critical conditions, hospital sources said.
Police have launched a probe.
