Four injured in Lahore serial blasts
July 17th, 2010 - 7:06 pm ICT by ANILahore, July 17 (ANI): A couple of low intensity blasts rocked Lahore on Saturday evening injuring at least four persons.
According to reports, the explosions took place in Lahore’s Garhi Shahu and Shahdara areas.
The first bomb in Garhi Shahu went off inside an internet cafe and the second blast took place near a juice corner at Begum Kot in the city’s Shahdara area, The Dawn reports.
Police and rescue teams reported that the explosions were caused by low-intensity cracker blasts.An unheard group-Tahreek-e-Tahfuz Pakistan has claimed responsibility for the serial blasts. (ANI)
