Five cops injured in Peshawar suicide blast
February 16th, 2012 - 7:42 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, Feb 16 (IANS) A suicide bomber Thursday attacked a security patrol vehicle in northwest Pakistan’s Peshawar city, blowing himself up and wounding at least five policemen, two critically.
The attack took place around 1.00 p.m. in Sarband area of the city, Xinhua quoted the local Urdu channel ARY TV as saying. The policemen were on routine patrol.
Peshawar is the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
