Car packed with arms seized in Pakistan
January 30th, 2012 - 4:53 am ICT by IANSIslamabad, Jan 30 (IANS) Police in Pakistan’s Peshawar city foiled a terrorism bid after it seized huge quantity of arms and ammunition from a car during a raid Sunday, the Geo News reported.
A suspected car coming from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province’s Dara Adam Khel town towards Kohat town, near Peshawar city, was intercepted and huge quantity of arms and ammunitions including guns, revolvers and rounds was recovered, said a senior police officer.
One person was arrested regarding the case, said police.
