After girls’ schools, ‘barbaric’Taliban now baying for female teachers’ blood

Islamabad, Nov.5 (ANI): After having destroyed scores of girls school across the North West Frontier Province, the Taliban has now started targeting female teachers, with two of them being gunned down in an ambush in Khar region of Bajaur Agency.
According to reports, Shazia Begum and Shamim Bibi, teachers at the Communal Girls School, were travelling in a van when extremists opened fire at the vehicle killing the two on the spot besides injuring two others.
The injured gave been admitted to the agency headquarters hospital, The Daily Times reports.
Meanwhile, security officials have cordoned-off the site of attack and apprehended the driver of the vehicle, which was sprayed with bullets.
Interestingly, the driver had escaped unhurt in the attack. (ANI)
