293 Pakistani prisoners repatriated in 2010
December 30th, 2010 - 10:22 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Dec 30 (IANS) A total of 163 Pakistani fishermen and 130 other prisoners were repatriated through Attari border this year, the home ministry said Thursday.
The Indian government released and repatriated 52 Pakistani fishermen and 24 Pakistani prisoners, who had completed their sentence, Dec 28 through Attari border, an official statement said.
“During the year 2010, India has released and repatriated 163 fishermen and 130 prisoners to Pakistan,” it said.
