23 injured in Lahore blasts
August 2nd, 2012 - 4:13 am ICT by IANSIslamabad, Aug 2 (IANS) At least 23 people were injured in eastern Pakistan’s Lahore city Wednesday night when two bombs went off at a market, police said.
The blasts took place around 10.00 p.m. at a fruit market in the city’s Badami Bagh area, Xinhua quoted the local Urdu channel Geo TV as saying.
The bombs were detonated through a remote controlled device.
The injured were shifted to the city’s Meo Hospital.
