15 dead, 30 wounded in Pakistan bus accident
May 26th, 2012 - 1:17 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, May 26 (IANS) At least 15 people, including three women and a child, were killed and 30 others injured when a speeding bus overturned in Pakistan’s Punjab province, police said Saturday.
The accident took place Friday night when a Karachi-bound bus carrying 45 passengers overturned on the national highway, 30 km from Khanpur in Rahim Yar Khan district, Geo News reported.
Nine passengers died on the spot, while six died from their injuries during treatment.
