12 militants killed in Pakistan
August 21st, 2009 - 9:38 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )Bannu (Pakistan), Aug 21 (IANS) Twelve militants were killed and three security personnel were wounded Friday in fighting in northwest Pakistan, the Online news agency reported.
The fighting started after the militants attacked a camp of the security forces in the Jaani Khel area of Bannu district in North West Frontier Province (NWFP).
Meanwhile, the security forces have cordoned off the area to conduct search operation.
