12 killed in Pakistan road crash
January 23rd, 2011 - 1:08 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, Jan 23 (IANS) At least 12 people were killed and 40 injured when a passenger bus collided with an oil tanker on a highway in Pakistan’s Sindh province Saturday night, Geo News reported.The accident took place near Nooriabad when the speeding bus - moving from Karachi towards Sukkur - spun out of control and collided with the stationary oil tanker. Both the vehicles immediately caught fire, sources said.
Several injured passengers were taken to a hospital in nearby Jamshoro.
