12 killed in car-bus collision in Pakistan
June 7th, 2011 - 3:57 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, June 7 (IANS) Twelve people, including six women and three children, were killed in a head-on collision between a car and bus in Punjab province of Pakistan, Geo News reported Tuesday.
The incident took place at Zakirabad bus stop on Pir Mahal Road in Punjab’s Toba Tek Singh district.
A car carrying 12 people was on its way to Faisalabad when it collided with a passenger bus, leaving 11 people dead on the spot. A girl succumbed to her injuries in Toba Tek Singh district hospital, police said.
