Venturesutra offers direct fund platform for entrepreneurs
May 11th, 2011 - 7:16 pm ICT by IANSHyderabad, May 11 (IANS) Web-based Venturesutra has unveiled a direct and private funding platform to afford startup and growing enterprises with easy and quick access to funding source.
With Venturesutra, entrepreneurs, venture capital, angel and seed investors can now privately discuss potential investment opportunity directly in real-time, said an official of the web-based platform.
Over 160 entrepreneurs and more than 25 top-notch investors have already joined Venturesutra, said Abhijit Maheswari, its founder.
With this free-to-register platform, Venturesutra has simplified the need for a funding ecosystem currently unavailable to effectively support growth of young and growing enterprises, said a statement by the company.
This is claimed to be a first-of-its-kind direct and private funding platform in India.
Entrepreneur can kick-start by creating executive summary, searching and identifying investors and directly sharing their plan with the targeted investor.
The platform can help entrepreneurs tap early and growth capital starting from less than $500,000 to $10 million from potential investors.
“Venturesutra will provide a simple, easy, one-stop place to search and connect with prominent and active investors instantly while investors can directly source deals and efficiently manage deal flow in the early and growth stages,” said Maheswari.
