Apr 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The principal personality in the new documentary series “Into The Universe” hardly needs an introduction. As one of the greatest physicist the world has ever known, Stephen Hawkins continues to baffle and amaze the world with his extraordinary theories that have been coming into light ever since the publication of the explosive “A Brief History Of Time,” which dealt with the theory of the creation of the universe. In the documentary too, the noted physicist talks about something that has divided the scientists all over the world into two camps: extraterrestrial life.

Stephen Hawking, in the documentary, gives an explosive viewpoint about extraterrestrial life that might seem to have come out right from the pages of some science fiction or some Hollywood script. For he not only agreed with the possibility of the existence of life outside of this world, but also said that it is obvious that they exist. In fact, he went so far as to say that they are most likely hostile, and might have the intention to attack earth. This is the reason, he felt, that people on earth should refrain from contacting with the aliens in order to minimize the risk of them attacking the world.

Stephen Hawking also went on to substantiate his view by saying that it impossible, practically speaking, that Earth would be the only planet in the entire universe to have the optimal conditions for life to sustain. He said that it can be no question at all that aliens do exist, but that the real question lay in how they exactly are. In that case, he feels, its best to assume the worst.
