Hyderabad, Aug 4 (IANS) Leading telecom application services provider NetXcell Ltd Monday announced the launch of MobiSmart, the first hosted voice exchange in India that enables one to communicate to any number of people regardless of location, language or mobile device. Any subscriber can log on to the webpage of MobiSmart, upload voice database in any language and reach out to any number of people.

“It is the perfect solution for enterprises and SMEs (small and medium enterprises) like schools, banks, hotels, retail and media industry to communicate with their customers, suppliers, shareholders or their own employees in an instant, personalised and highly cost effective manner,” said a company statement here.

One has to log onto MobiSmart webpage, register, buy and upload prompt and the numbers has to be dialled. “All the numbers will be dialled out. If one needs to physically make a call to 4,000 users it would take at least 66 hours and here with a click you can reach your voice to almost 4,000 users/subscribers in one minute.”

An enterprise can reach out to customers, shareholders or employees through personalised messages recorded in one’s own voice.

“It could also be an excellent initiative for schools, colleges and universities to keep parents/guardians notified of upcoming events at the institute. In emergency situations such as a bandh during the day, instant multiple calls through MobiSmart would be fastest way to reach out to all the parents/guardians,” it said.

“We at NetXcell are extremely delighted to launch this intelligent communication tool and expect to see tremendous success with a service like MobiSmart for the first time in India. We are confident of reaching out to a wide number of industries through the excellent multiple communication benefits that this service can provide to them,” NetXcell director Debasis Chatterji said.
