Infosys ups revenue guidance marginally for this fiscal
July 12th, 2011 - 11:54 am ICT by IANSMysore (Karnataka), July 12 (IANS) Infosys Ltd has revised its revenue guidance for this fiscal (2011-12) marginally to Rs.32,311 crore (Rs.323 billion) from Rs.32,270 crore (Rs.322 billion) projected in the beginning of the fiscal April 14.
On annualised basis, the revised projected growth for FY 2012 will be 16.5 percent over fiscal 2011.
In a regulatory filing Tuesday, the IT bellwether said under the International Regulatory System (IFRS), income for the fiscal under review would be $7.2 billion as estimated at the beginning of the first quarter (April-June), projecting year-on-year (YoY) growth of 19 percent.
For the second quarter (July-September) of this fiscal (FY 2012), revenue is projected to be Rs.7,755 crore (Rs.77.55 billion), which will be 12 percent growth YoY.
In dollar terms under IFRS, revenue for this quarter (Q2) will be $1.74 billion, projecting 16.5 percent growth YoY.
