Minnesota, Mar 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Recent study in the journal “Evolution” depicts how high school brains who knows Earth’s age to be somewhere round 4.5 billion years will be at par with better understanding of human evolution as well. The rewarding element shall grant all teachers a better insight into preaching the evolution saga of which a lot still remains unexplained.
Randy Moore & Sehoya Cotner of Biological Sciences dotes upon the survey that included about 400 students from University of Minnesota in the introductory study module for biology. The survey concluded certain factors that were in terms with the student’s understanding of the Earth’s age and the evolution of life. They are however drawing in tangents as to determine the course of events when religious as well as political views of a student turns liberal. That would eventually lead to a better understanding of the Earth’s age which is in billions and to determine many a unknown facts about the origin of life. Reversely, they feel students who take a conservative stance, both politically and religiously, are prone to determining Earth to be a younger entity. Hence, this will leave all with much lesser clues in deriving factual truths about the origin of life. Quite evidently, Earth’s age has been a difficult concept to gauge and a hard capsule to digest since Charles Darwin times.
Putting together the survey reports, Sehoya Cotner and his fellow researchers have finally declared that only 2 percent of the total number of students take lessons in creationism while 22 percent forms all those who study both evolution and creationism on a simultaneous note.

Regarding: “a better understanding of the Earth’s age”
… Cutting-Edge Science informs us that:
“Many worldwide natural processes indicate an age for the earth of 10,000 years or less. These include population kinetics, influx of radiocarbon into earth’s atmosphere, absence of meteorites from the geologic column, and decay of earth’s magnetic field.”
