Preparatory Session for the Major Economies Forum on Energy and Climate
April 28th, 2009 - 2:36 am ICT by adminAt the conclusion of the first preparatory session of the Major Economies Forum on Energy and Climate, a special press briefing by U.S. Special Envoy for Climate Change Todd Stern and Deputy National Security Advisor for International Economic Affairs Michael Froman will take place in the press briefing room at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28. The briefing will be on the record, on camera. Media are advised to allow adequate time to clear through security checks at the 23rd Street entrance.
Media representatives who plan to attend must present one of the following press credentials: (1) a U.S. Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense, or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identification card, or (3) a letter from their employer on original letterhead verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo identification (driver’s license or passport).
