Zardari’s resignation rumour false, says his spokesman
December 7th, 2011 - 10:59 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, Dec 7 (IANS) The spokesman for Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari Wednesday rejected media reports that the president may step down due to his poor health.
“President Zardari is in a Dubai hospital for medical tests and check-ups as planned. Reports in some section of the media speculating on the president’s activities and engagements are speculative, imaginary and untrue,” Xinhua reported quoting Zardari’s spokesman Farhatullah Babar.
