New Delhi, Jan 19 (IANS) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Thursday questioned the central government on its plans for rehabilitating Kashmiri Hindus.
“Twenty-two years before, on 19th Jan, 1990, an entire segment of Indians was forced to leave their home and hearth in Kashmir Valley by barbaric Islamic terrorists and secessionists,” BJP national spokesperson Tarun Vijay said in a statement.
“BJP demands that the government of India come clear on the rehabilitation policy adopted towards Kashmiri Hindus,” he said. “We also demand action against perpetrators of horrific killings of Hindus.”
