New York City, April 20 (THAINDIAN NEWS) President Barack Obama scolded a reporter for disrupting his speech. After an interview with WFAA-TV’s senior reporter Brad Watson, the President made it clear to Watson that he doesn’t appreciate being disrupted before he completes his statement.

During the interview, Watson asked Obama about his unpopularity in Texas. Obama tried to explain that it has not been any different for any Democratic leader in history but before he could complete what he was saying, Watson chipped in reminding the President that his disapproval in the state is massive.

The President allowed that to pass but before the cameras could stop rolling, Obama told Watson that, “Let me finish my answers the next time we do an interview, all right?”

The President has launched his reelection bid but he will be the first to admit that Texas will not be an easy territory. Nonetheless the President proclaimed that he loves the state.

It is not common for Obama to clash with reporters. It is a fact that the US and the world media played significant role in getting Obama elected in 2008. The President faces stiff opposition in his reelection bid.
