Unite to face challenges, says governor

Gavai Wednesday urged the people to be united for the sake of the state.”I suggest that all of you bury your difference of opinion and stand together to face the challenges,” Gavai said after unfurling the national flag here on the Republic Day.
Lauding the efforts of the government, he said the comprehensive health scheme for the weaker sections needed to be complimented. He also praised the performance of the IT sector.
Gavai took the salute at an impressive parade where military, police and other contingents took part.
Similar parades were held in all 13 district headquarters.
