Two AIADMK MPs to attend Modi fast

Chennai, Sep 16 (IANS) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa has asked two AIADMK MPs to be with her Gujarat counterpart Narendra Modi when he begins his three-day fast Saturday for social harmony.
V. Maitreyan and M. Thambidurai will “mark their presence at Modi’s fast”, a party leader told IANS.
Modi has announced the launch of a ‘Sadbhavana mission’ to strengthen social harmony by fasting in Ahmedabad.
Modi had attended the swearing-in ceremony of Jayalalithaa as chief minister in May.
