Tony Blair jokes about sex with America’s Loose Women as he plugs his memoirs
September 15th, 2010 - 11:57 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattSep 15 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair candidly confessed that he almost ran away from the sets of an US talk show – The View because he felt embarrassed by the topic that the hosts of the show were discussing. The female hosts of the show – Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg and others were discussing and debating about the best women’s arousal oil in the market.
Needless to say, the topic brought the color to Tony Blair’s cheeks and he was really embarrassed to have overhead the whole conversation. Later when he came face to face with the host of the show Barbara Walters then she asked him if they had scared him with their frank and candid conversation and he replied in the affirmative. He said that, “Yeah, I just couldn’t find the way out, really. It’s quite a show. I found it educational, actually. All that stuff about women, and oil.”
Tony Blair was present on the sets of the TV show The View to present his memoirs. During the show the hosts quizzed him whether he felt any insecurity over the fact that his wife Cherie used to earn more than him when he was the PM of England. He said that he never had a problem with that at all and it wasn’t at all an issue between them.
