Speaker calls all-party meeting Nov 17

New Delhi, Nov 15 (IANS) Ahead of the winter session of parliament that begins Nov 22, Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar has called a meeting of the leaders of various political parties on Nov 17, an official said Tuesday.
The meeting is viewed as a step to ensure smooth functioning of the session, during which several important legislations including the Lokpal bill are expected to come up.
The winter session concludes Dec 21.
