Shibu Soren takes stock of Munda’s development work

Bharatiya Janata Party Ranchi, Nov 11 (IANS) Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) supremo and chairman of the coordination committee of the state’s ruling coalition Shibu Soren met Chief Minister Arjun Munda Thursday to review the various government programmes in the state.

The meeting, held at Soren’s residence, was also attended by Deputy Chief Minister Hemant Soren, besides other ministers and bureaucrats.

“Munda briefed Soren about the work done by his government in the last two months,” an official told IANS, refusing to be named.

Soren also suggested Munda to expedite various developmental schemes, he said.

Bharatiya Janata Party’s Arjun Munda became the state’s eight chief minister in September this year with the support of JMM and All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU).

The state completes ten years of its formation Nov 15.
