Los Angeles, Mar 8 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The ‘Going Rogue’ author Sarah Palin has been often spotted with notes written on her hand, while she appears for interviews and on TV shows. She has been criticized by the media since long, for this habit. But now she is defending her actions, and saying that God did it too, so she is in great company.

Sarah elaborated that when she was asked and criticized for this habit then “I didn’t really had a good answer, as so often — is me,” Palin quipped at an Ohio Right to Life fundraiser on Friday. “But then somebody sent me the other day, Isaiah 49:16, and you need to go home and look it up. Before you look it up, I’ll tell you what it says though. It says, hey, if it was good enough for God, scribbling on the palm of his hand, it’s good enough for me, for us. He says, in that passage, ‘I wrote your name on the palm of my hand to remember you,’ and I’m like, ‘Okay, I’m in good company.’”

She also called the notes on her hands as ‘a poor man’s teleprompter’, which was a direct reference to the US President Barack Obama’s uncanny habit on relying on the teleprompter completely. She also said that she learnt to do this from her father who was a schoolteacher.
