Sarah Palin Joins Michele Bachmann At Minnesota Rally

Minneapolis, Apr 8, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The crowd at the Minneapolis Convention Center had a lot to cheer for on Wednesday when two of Tea Party Movement’s highly regarded personalities, former Alaska governor Sarah Palin and Representative Michele Bachmann were present at the roaring rally. The event which witnessed the presence of thousands of conservatives was organized as the fund-raising campaign for the Minnesota lawmaker’s re-election into what is being perceived as the most costly congressional campaigns.
Michelle Bachmann, the 54 year old Republican leader was joined by another Republican politician Sarah Palin at the event who was present to showcase her endorsement as well as contribute in raising money at the event. While talking to the cheering crowd, Sarah Palin described Michele Bachmann as a ‘fireball’ and asked the large number of people gathered at the rally whether they would do the rest of the nation a huge favor by electing Michele Bachmann. The crowd which comprised mostly of female supporters roared with thundering applause as the former Alaska governor reiterated that 2010 was proving to be a year when large number of conservative women were getting together and went on to say that the Minnesota Representative was surely leading the way.
However, both the leaders were unanimous in their criticism about United States President Barack Obama. During her speech, Michele Bachmann accused the President Barack Obama of not taking terrorism as well as nuclear weapons seriously while also criticizing the bailout of the private companies by the government. Moreover, Minnesota Representative also pointed out that one of her top priority would be to repeal the healthcare bill that has been passed in case the Republicans gain congressional majority.
