Washington, June 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Sarah Palin has denied media reports that she has cancelled her “One Nation” bus tour. On her Facbook page on Wednesday the former Alaska governor said she has decided to suspend her tour because of her busy schedule. She blamed her jury duty for her decision to place the tour on hold. Palin said she hopes to hit the road again with her tour later when she completes her duty.

Palin started her tour in May when she used her bus to travel from Washington D.C. to New England. The tour is seen by some observers as a way for Palin to test her popularity. She was the vice presidential candidate for Senator John McCain during the 2008 presidential race in the United States.

Palin is a potential candidate for the GOP though she has not given her indication on whether she will run for the race. Several names have come up as possible GOP candidates for the 2012 race.

Palin failed to serve her term as the governor of Alaska resigning midway. A new film about her life in office as the governor of Alaska is set to be released next month. Palin will appear at public lectures and forums to promote the documentary.
