RSS extends support to Hazare
April 8th, 2011 - 9:51 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, April 8 (IANS) The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Friday extended support to the indefinite fast of social activist Anna Hazare for a stronger Lokpal bill.
The RSS said in a statement that a letter written by its senior member, Suresh Joshi, was given to Hazare at the venue of his fast in the heart of Delhi.
“The RSS fully supports the fast-unto-death undertaken by Anna Hazare,” the statement said. Among those who went to hand over the letter to Hazare included Ram Madhav, a member of national executive of RSS.
