Blagojevich Corruption Probe July 9, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): In recent news, Rod Blagojevich avoided facing his budget director in one of the funniest and perhaps one of the most unusual things ever done. He simply hid in the bathroom! Reportedly, Rod did such a thing in order to prevent complicated issues, which he is coaxed to discuss with his budget director.

Ex- Deputy Governor Robert Greenlee branded Rod Blagojevich as a shirker who to be relieved of his services from the daily affairs. He allegedly spent only two to eight hours on a weekly basis in the office. In away one can pretty much understand that Rod was quite a lazy fellow who lacked work ethics and enthusiasm.

Greenlee further added that he had discussed some issues as well as some important policies with Blagojevich over the telephone; but he had to go to a Bowling Alley with the Governor and his family so that he could focus on a very significant legislation that demanded instant attention.

John Filan, the ex- budget director along with Greenlee also had loads to complain about Blagojevich. According to him, Rod would hide in the bathroom or the backroom to avoid a discussion of serious policies. At times he would also leave early in order to avoid these issues. John Filan also said that he literally had to chase Rod in order to grab hold of him and engage is some serious discussions. It is also said that he would go to high ends so as to avoid a staff who he didn’t like
