RNC In News Again, This Time For Strip Clubs

Washington, Apr 3, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Republican National Committee has been in news for the past week for all the wrong reasons thanks to its Chairman Michael Steele. The scandal started with a report of RNC allegedly picking up almost $2000 at a lesbian sex strip club. The news sure generated a lot of fun over the week. But that was not enough. The next scandal to come to the forefront was that the “bad boys” of Voyeur Hollywood West were supposedly the Republican party’s advisers. Supposedly, they would implement the party’s policies in the future.
The RNC is now shrouded in controversy from all around. It has been reported that the Party actually hired staff to take its donors to a Hollywood strip club. This will not have negative PR impacts but also harm the Party in many other ways. Conservatives and religious groups in America want to stop all donations to the RNC since they do not support wastage of money in any form. They have informed all donors accordingly.
The RNC has reimbursed all the money to the donor who gave the same for the strip club incident and also condemns the club visit. But Tony Perkins, head of Family Research Council and influential among religious conservatives has put forward the argument that the RNC has hired a prominent lawyer, Theodore Olson to fight against the banning of same-sex marriage. This he says is a reflection of the fact that the RNC is totally oblivious to the needs and wants of many of its donors.
