New Delhi, Nov 16 (IANS) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Monday demanded that the government disclose the names of politicians found in the diary of former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda, who faces charges in a Rs.2,500 crore money laundering scam.
BJP general secretary Arun Jaitley said that with elections in Jharkhand to be held within a fortnight, the government should disclose the names in Koda’s diary.
“It is imperative for the people of India and Jharkhand to know the names. So the government should make the names of all the politicians involved in the scam public,” Jaitley said here.
Jharkhand will have five-phased assembly polls Nov 25-Dec 18.
