PM leaves for Russia

New Delhi, Dec 6 (IANS) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Sunday morning left for Russia with expansion of civil nuclear deal and three defence pacts dominating the agenda during his three-day visit.
Manmohan Singh’s wife Gursharan Kaur is accompanying him.
