PM asks minister to visit Assam train blast site

New Delhi, July 11 (IANS) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Monday asked Minister of State for Railways Mukul Roy to visit the site of the blast in Assam that derailed a passenger train and left at least 100 people injured, official sources said.
The explosion took place around 8.30 p.m. Sunday when the Guwahati-Puri Express was nearing Ghograpara in western Assam’s Nalbari district, about 70 km from Assam’s main city of Guwahati.
