Pink Slips Sent To Congress As Vote Of No Confidence

Nov. 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Conservatives in America have decided to take in their own hands the dismissal of certain members of the Congress if they do not vote for measures that the people want. They are sending pink slips to the Congress as their way of letting the representatives know that the people are disapproving the measures taken by the government. Representative Trent Franks from Arizona commented- while standing before a board covered with hundreds of pink slips- that the Congress had received on an average at least 5 million of those slips in the last few days.
Most of those slips are protests against the government’s extravagant programs and the new federalized health care system. Now even the members of the Congress are resorting to this, insisting that the government policies should be based on the real requirements of the country. They are demanding via those pink slips that the government should stay away from the sector of health care. The slips are signed “your employer” and are sent by the World Net Daily.
The barb hidden behind those innocuous slips is not lost on Mr. Frank, or for that mater, on any of the representatives. They are quite aware that an accumulation of these slips mean an ever dwindling faith in the machinery of the government. As representatives Franks and King said, these slips are the American’s way of saying that they are totally done with the extravagance the government seems to display in it’s economic matters. They also recognized that the slips are not only warnings, but also a plea for the emergence of responsible representatives.

I do not support the Health Care Bill as presented. If it passes I will vote against anyone who votes for it to even be considered on the floor of the Senate. This is only a passive way to get it passed and then vote against to get re-elected by voting no later.
