Multiple U.S. States Have Decided To Sue Over Health Care Bill

Washington, Mar 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The health care reform bill has been finally passed by the Congress and many common men have praised some of the clauses of the bill. However, some of the latest updates regarding the health care reform bill indicates that the controversy regarding the bill has not yet ended. According to some of the official sources, eleven states have declared to sue the health care reform bill as they consider the bill to be unconstitutional. Yet, there are some reports, which indicate that ten states have decided to file law suit against the health care reform bill.
Whether it is ten or eleven, it is has been ascertained that multiple states have voiced their opinion against the bill and they have decided to file legal case against the bill once President Barack Obama makes it a law by signing over it. According to the reports, Florida is one of the states, which consider the health care reform bill to be unconstitutional and would challenge the constitutionality of the bill if it is established as a law in the country.
As per the reports of the sources, Washington, Utah, Texas, South Dakota, North Dakota, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Nebraska and Alabama have also decided to join Florida against the health care reform bill. Some reports indicated that Virginia is also not satisfied with the recent health care bill and might sue it. However, they have not yet confirmed their decision of suing the bill. If the states finally sue the health care reform bill, the Democrats might have to face tough situation even after receiving the approval of House.
