June 2, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Author Joe McGinniss has been accused of stalking former US governor Sarah Palin while working on an unauthorized biography. The biography is slated to be published by Random House next year. In a recent interview broadcast on the 1st of June, 2010, on ‘Today’ show, McGinniss has made some controversial remarks. He stated that Palin’s tactics in stirring controversy against him is similar to the tactics applied by Nazis. When asked about renting a house right next to Palin’s, Joe replied that he needed to be in Wasilla in order to continue his research and the price of the house was so perfect that he would have taken it even if Sarah lived on the moon.

Sarah Palin built a wall today to keep McGinniss from peeping in. Palin reacted in Facebook that she wonders what Joe would gain by peeping in her bedroom, garden and swimming pool. Even Palin’s hometown newspaper had published an understated editorial on Tuesday, which reminded Joe that Alaska has a law which gave the residents the right to use deadly forces for protection of life and property. And today, when a reporter tried to talk to Joe, he threatened to call the police.
