Minnesota, Dec 17 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin is touring the US with her new book ‘Going Rogue’ and she was greeted with bouquets and brickbats alike in many places. During a book signing at the Mall of America in Bloomington, a man hurled tomatoes at her.

The 33-year-old Jeremy Olson threw 2 tomatoes at Sarah Palin from a second-storey balcony. But unfortunately for him, his aim was not good enough and Sarah Palin escaped the tomato attack. Subsequently Olson was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct.

Earlier Sarah Palin showed her ire to Newsweek over the cover that they choose to put with her story. Sarah Palin is shown wearing black shorts and blood red top with sports shoes and she is leaning over a chair on which the prestigious US Flag is kept as a prop. She is giving a picture perfect pose interested more in showing off her charming smile and curves rather than showing some respect to the flag, even though she talks about being a White House hopeful for the next Presidential elections.

She thought that the cover was downright ‘sexist’ and out-of-context too. Meanwhile others in the media have been giving mixed reactions to the cover. Some have called it ‘shrewd’, ‘biased’, and ‘brilliant’.
