Mamata’s men get infrastructure development portfolios

New Delhi, May 28 (IANS) Trinamool Congress, the second largest party in the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA), has got six ministers of state in the new government. Most have been given infrastructure ministry portfolios while party chief Mamata Banerjee is the railways minister.
Senior Trinamool Congress leader Dinesh Trivedi is the MoS health and family welfare, Sisir Adhikari is MoS in the ministry of rural development, Mukul Roy is MoS in the ministry of shipping. Saugata Ray is the new MoS in the ministry of urban development.

Trinamool Congress’ Muslim face Sultan Ahmed is the MoS in the ministry of tourism. The party’s Mohan Jatua is the MoS in the ministry of information and broadcasting.
