Mamata to meet PM Thursday (Lead, Superseding earlier story)

New Delhi, June 13 (IANS) West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was to meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Wednesday but the meeting had been rescheduled for Thursday, Trinmaool Congress sources said.
“She was to meet the prime minister today but it has been rescheduled for tomorrow although no time has been fixed,” a Trinamool leader told IANS.
The Prime Minister’s Office said no time has been fixed for the meeting.
Banerjee and Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Mulayam Singh Yadav Wednesday named Manmohan Singh as one of their three preferred persons for president.
