New Delhi, April 15 (IANS) MPs of the Left front and the United National Progressive Alliance (UNPA) Tuesday marched to parliament from Jantar Mantar to protest against rise in prices of essential commodities. Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) leader Sitaram Yechury told reporters: “A formal nationwide agitation will start April 16 and go on till April 23.”

He asked the government to strengthen the public distribution system and take action against hoarders.
