Jammu, May 31 (IANS) B.R. Kundal, who quit as Jammu and Kashmir’s chief secretary Saturday, is likely to be inducted as a minister in the state government by Monday. Official sources confirmed he had put in his papers and indicated he would be contesting the assembly polls due by October.
Speculation that Kundal would join politics after his retirement in September this year has been doing rounds in official circles for the past few days.
