Washington, Jan 27, (THAINDIAN NEWS) This is yet another point scored for the Birthers and a slash against President Barack Obama. A former elections clerk from Hawaii has officially stated that he had been informed by his supervisors that no birth certificate for the United States President exists; he further states in his affidavit that such a certificate has never been signed in the first place. The controversy does not end here; like any other turbulent topic, the President’s birth certificate has also given rise to rumors on the internet, this time concerning none other than Neil Abercrombie, the Governor of Hawaii.
The controversy has been renewed by journalist Mike Evans, who reported having personally spoken to the Governor’s office regarding proof of the president;s birth in Hawaii. Apparently, Governor Neil Abercrombie has admitted that Hawaiian nation has no official record of President Barack Obama’s birth. Mike Evans apparently went on to say that Governor Neil Abercrombie had admitted looking high and low; leaving no stone unturned using his power as he governor of the state, but that he had been unable to locate an official record of the birth of the American President in the state of Hawaii.
However, in yet another twist in the tale, Mike Evans turned a complete about face on Wednesday, saying that he had never spoken to the Governor on the issue and that he has no clue whatsoever about the birth certificate of President Barack Obama. He went on to apologize for having given the impression that he had spoken to the Governor, saying that his mistake embarrassed him. In fact, he also assured that not only had the Governor spoke to him on the issue, but that he had not contacted his office regarding this at all.
