Dec 8, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It looks like John Edwards’ former mistress Rielle Hunter is back in the news once again after the passing away of the Democratic candidate’s wife. The web has been abuzz with the speculations whether John Edwards will now go back to his mistress with whom he had a love child. Though it is unclear to the media that whether the two are still together or not, it is clear from Rielle Hunter’s interviews that there are chances that the old ties will be renewed again.

In a recent statement, Rielle Hunter’s spokesperson told the media that John Edwards regularly visits the Rielle Hunter and their daughter Quinn. Friends of John Edwards, however, said in an earlier interview that the politician only seen Rielle Hunter as a part of the logistics when it comes to seeing his daughter.

Rielle Hunter on the other hand, continues to be in love with the Democrat and said in an interview that she knew that John Edwards still loved her. She also added that she never had any doubts about the relationship and the two loved each other very much. She has also added that the dynamics between the couple have not changed at all their love is unconditional. In spite of the rumors, Rielle Hunter said that they are yet to discuss wedding plans. She explained that the main focus of the couple is to raise their daughter well. Rielle Hunter was also in the news earlier this week when she was called to court to testify in the ongoing investigations on John Edwards. John Edwards had initially denied the affair and the love child but later the confession of the truth led to his broken marriage and a huge blow to his campaign in 2004.
