Joe Biden nodded off during Obama’s speech

The President on Wednesday explained why the rich and the super-rich in the United States should pay more taxes.
During the highly anticipated speech, the second most important personality in the United States, Joe Biden was caught momentarily by the camera dozing off. For about 30 seconds the Vice President seemed not to be aware of where he was. A video of the incident has been posted on the Internet. The video was first aired by ABC News.
Ironically Biden’s boss Barack Obama did not have such a luxury. The President was desperately trying to explain to Americans to understand how he intends to handle the country’s debt. America’s debt would reach the maximum allowable $14.3 trillion this year and unless the Republican-dominated Senate extends the limit, the country would default on its payment and eventually pay more interest.
The President during his speech told Americans that that shouldn’t be the future of Americans. He proposes that the millionaires and billionaires in the United States should be made to pay more in taxes. The President says his plan would help America save about $4 trillion in 12 years.
